I Bought My 4th and 5th Akiya Houses in Japan

For this Christmas, I bought myself two Japanese akiya houses in Yokohama.

A year ago, I set out a goal to purchase 5 properties in Japan in 2024.

And with these two recent purchases, I've hit my goal.
